Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing and stated on the Proforma Invoice, the default shipping term is FOB (Free On Board) Port of Origin (e.g., Chittagong, Bangladesh).

FOB: OPM Gear is responsible for costs and risks until the goods are loaded onto the designated shipping vessel/aircraft at the port/airport of origin. The Client is responsible for main freight costs, insurance, US customs clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery from the US port of entry.
